Do you know ? when we smile , it's will make others smiles !
And the fact is, it's good for our health especially our muscle !
Although , the problem attacks me and make me headaches , I still wants to smile ! It's give me a such as strongest that i'll never meet before this . Maybe it's sounds freak .
But , yes !
It's strongest that we must find it .

Here will I do, if I get sad , angry , or moody:
V I Don't care what others will say .
I just Go away what i'm feel and do whatI want to do.
But , it's Not means I just follows my emotions .
[1]---> I LEFT the palace where I start to angry, sad.
[2]---> I FIND the palace where i like and can make i'm feel calm and serene.
[3]---> I NEED PRIVACY !
[4]---> I release all my tension , sadness. And the wall,phone,notepad,or anything in my surrounds will become my bestfriend (Yut,n my roommate). They accompany me and be a good ear for me !Or I will find my TRULY best friend that can answers and make me patient .
[5]---> I will feel CALM . Then, I can think with stable emotions and start thinking positive . One by one , an idea will come . I feel comfortable! Why lah, "tadi tak ada petir sambar dia!" or make some joking in the reasons.Then, from here , you will start smile and laugh . hahaha.....
